At the Exile Group, we’re committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the export, project, and commodities finance industries. With this in mind, we are delighted to formalise our 'Rising Star' initiative for 2025, as well as making several commitments to ensure that women’s voices are included in every conversation.
RISING STAR INITIATIVE
We understand that there is a wealth of talent at the more entry or junior level in may of the institutions we work with. However, we appreciate it is often difficult for them to get the budget to attend events.
Therefore, we would like to encourage our event partners to nominate a ‘rising star' candidate who can make use of a free ticket to join our events in 2025.
We anticipate the candidate would ordinarily be 18-26 years old and someone who would otherwise not be able to attend an event, but if there are exceptions to this within the spirit of the scheme, then of course we will try to be accommodating as possible. At the Global conference, we will also organise a separate networking reception for all the Rising Talent attendees, so they can have the chance to meet with each other.

EMPOWERING FEMALE VOICES
We are committed to ensuring female representation on all panel and workshop discussions at events as well as working with local companies at our regional events to ensure strong representation from the local community. At each event we work with Women in Export & Infrastructure Finance (WEXIF) to run dedicated sessions which bring together influential female leaders and rising talents in export, project, and infrastructure finance to drive industry innovation, foster mentorship, and promote diversity.
