Accommodation

Discounted hotel rooms will be available for guests of the event. We will publish details on how to book as soon as this is ready. In the meantime, please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding accommodation.

Networking Activities

We will be hosting networking activities for all delegates attending Global 2025, offering everyone an opportunity to have a drink and network outside of the event. This will include ice-breaker drinks on the evening of the 10th June. Details to follow!

Until the platform launches, please email operations@exilegroup.com who can carry out any profile updates.

You can view all upcoming sessions via the Agenda tab once this is published.

Once the delegate list becomes available on the event platform (29th April), you will be able to book meetings, send messages and connect with other delegates. You can search for particular delegates or companies using the filter function (as pictured below) on the delegate list page.

We will have several meeting spaces available. As well as our usual meeting hub tables, that operate on a first come first served basis, you can also upgrade to a dedicated meeting table or private meeting room to ensure you can host as many meetings as you wish. All meetings are bookable via the delegate list page. If you are interested in upgrading to a dedicated meeting space, please contact sales@exilegroup.com

Once the event platform has launched, you can navigate to the delegate list icon on the homepage where you will be able to view and message everyone in attendance. Unfortunately, due to GDPR regulations we are unable to provide a copy of the delegate list outside of the platform (including in excel format).

We are more than happy to assist with visa applications. Please email us at operations@exilegroup.com with the necessary information found here. Once we have received the necessary information, we can issue a letter of invitation in support of your visa application.

If you have any dietary requirements, please email operations@exilegroup.com. Please kindly note, due to the nature of the catering we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Therefore, if you have a severe allergy we would kindly ask that you make yourself known to the hotel venue closer to the date of event and they can prepare separate meals.
